Loan repayments are collected automatically on your scheduled payment dates. You may also request an early repayment at anytime by signing into your registered account or calling customer support.
We use Continuous Payment Authority to collect the repayment amount from your registered debit card. Collections will be made on your payment date.
Early repayments may have implications such as interest adjustments for full settlements, where you only pay interest for the time you used the loan. Partial repayments are applied to upcoming invoices and do not reduce the principal or shorten the repayment term. Additionally, manual processing delays may temporarily affect the status updates in your profile.
Alternatively, if your debit card is lost/cancelled you must make the repayments manually by bank transfer.
For early repayments, use the designated payment method, such as a bank transfer, to pay the calculated amount. Ensure to follow the instructions provided by your lender for accurate processing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I make early repayments without penalties? Yes, you can make partial early repayments without any fees. For full settlements, interest is adjusted to reflect the reduced loan period. Can I make extra payments to reduce the principal or shorten the loan term? No, extra payments are applied to upcoming invoices and do not reduce the principal or shorten the repayment period. However, you can settle the entire loan early to stop accruing interest. Why does my profile still show a future due date after I made an early repayment? This happens because early repayments are closed manually, which can cause a delay in updating your profile. If I pay an installment early, when is my next payment due? The next payment remains scheduled for the following cycle, typically 30 calendar days after the paid installment.
To give you a reminder in advance, we will also send you a prior e-mail and text message 3 days before your due date.
Please note that due to manual processing, your profile may temporarily show a future due date or outstanding amount even after you’ve made an early repayment.
